XF20 V8 Performance Issues? My Story

I recently took delivery of my new IS250 with the XF20 V8 engine and I'm experiencing some performance issues. The car stutters and hesitates when accelerating from a standstill, especially in low gear. It's as if the engine is struggling to provide enough power. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
