Leasing vs. Buying a Used XF20 - Advice Needed

I'm considering leasing or buying a used 2013-2015 Lexus IS350 F Sport and I'd love to hear some advice. Anyone have experience with these models? What are the pros and cons of leasing vs buying? What should I look for during a test drive or inspection? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
