Interior Leather Cracking on My 1999 LS 400 (Help!)

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my 1999 LS 400 where the interior leather is cracking and flaking off. The cracks started on the driver's side and have been spreading rapidly despite regular conditioning and protection. I've tried various products to repair the damage, but it seems to be getting worse.
