Just got my hands on a 1991 LS400 with 120k miles - What are the most important things to inspect?

Just got my hands on a '91 LS400 with 120k miles and I'm excited to start restoring it. Can't wait to hear your guys' input! Priorities are engine health, transmission smoothness, interior condition, and body integrity - what am I missing? Should I be worried about anything specific at this mileage point?
