How do I adjust the driver's side seat to get a better fit?

I'm having trouble finding a comfortable driving position in my Lexus due to an awkward fit with the driver's side seat. The seat seems to be positioned too far back or forward for me to get a good fit with the steering wheel and pedals. I've tried adjusting it, but nothing seems to work quite right.
