Aventador Maintenance Costs - Is it Really that Expensive?

As an Aventador owner I've been noticing some expensive maintenance costs coming up and was wondering if others have had similar experiences? Oil changes seem to be around $1k each time, and then there's the issue of engine replacements which can run into five figures. Is this really the norm for Lamborghini owners?
