I've had a mixed experience with Kia's customer service so far and I'm curious to hear about others' encounters. My first issue was with the scheduling of my car's maintenance appointment, which took longer than expected to get scheduled. However, the service advisor was friendly and apologetic once the delay was explained. The actual service was done quickly and efficiently, but I had some issues getting ahold of someone in the parts department when I needed a replacement part. Overall, I'm hoping to hear from others who have similar or different experiences with Kia's customer support.
