What's the best way to modify the Kia K9 for improved performance?

I've owned my Kia K9 for a while now and I'm looking to take its performance to the next level. I'm thinking about upgrading the exhaust system, tweaking the ECU, and maybe even adding some lightweight components like a carbon fiber hood or a rear spoiler.
