Should I get the FWD or AWD Carnival? Advice needed!

I'm in the market for a new Kia Carnival and I'm torn between the FWD and AWD variants. The price difference is significant, but so is the assurance of better traction on our rainy roads. Does anyone have personal experience or opinions on this? Would appreciate some advice on which one to choose!
