Has anyone else experienced issues with their Carnival's infotainment system?

I've been experiencing some frustrating issues with my Carnival's infotainment system lately. Specifically, the navigation and Bluetooth connectivity have been glitching out on me. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered similar problems or found a solution to resolve these issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
