For a stock Jeep Wrangler, I recommend the Rubicon Express lift kit with 35x12.5R16 Toyo Open Country AT II tires or the 33x12.5R15 Falken Wildpeak AT3W tires for improved traction and off-road capability while maintaining on-road manners.

I've been running my stock TJ with some amazing results using the BFGoodrich KO2 tires on Method 96 wheels. The way these tires grip and handle is incredible, especially for a stock Jeep. They're also surprisingly good in muddy or snowy conditions. I know some people swear by the Toyo MTs but I've personally found the KO2s to be the better choice for my daily driver. Plus, the wheel design really adds a clean look that's hard to match.
