What Are the Most Common Complaints About Infiniti Ownership?

As an owner of an Infiniti vehicle, I'm curious to know what common complaints other owners have experienced. Whether it's related to reliability, performance, comfort, or features, I'd love to hear about your experiences and frustrations with owning an Infiniti. Are there any specific issues that have driven you crazy? Is there something in particular that you feel Infiniti has gotten wrong? Maybe it's something as simple as the infotainment system being finicky or the seats not being adjustable enough for comfort. I'm also interested to know if you've had any significant repairs or maintenance issues, and whether they were covered under warranty. Have you experienced any problems with the engine, transmission, or other critical systems?

I've owned an Infiniti QX50 for several years now and have experienced some issues that seem to be common among Infiniti owners. Firstly, the vehicle's reliability has been a major concern for me. I've encountered problems with the transmission and engine, which have resulted in costly repairs. Additionally, the infotainment system can be quite finicky at times, freezing or not responding as expected. Another issue I've noticed is the lack of standard safety features across all Infiniti models. Some features like blind-spot monitoring and lane departure warning are only available on higher trims or as optional extras, which I think should be standard equipment. Lastly, customer service has been a mixed experience for me. While the initial purchase process was smooth, subsequent interactions with dealership staff have been inconsistent, sometimes leading to frustration. Overall, while I still enjoy driving my Infiniti, these issues have made me wonder about the brand's overall quality and commitment to its customers.

I've owned an Infiniti Q50 for 3 years now and I have to say that the most common complaints about Infiniti ownership are valid. The reliability issues with the V6 engine and dual-clutch transmission are a major concern for many owners. Additionally, some people find the infotainment system to be clunky and outdated, which can be frustrating on long road trips. Maintenance costs seem to be higher than average as well, although this may vary depending on the model and location. Overall, Infiniti's luxury feel is great but it falls short in these areas.

I've owned my G35 for over 5 years now and I have to say that while it's been a reliable car overall, the most common complaint I've experienced is with the transmission. It can be quite hesitant to engage gears at times, especially when starting from a standstill. Also, the interior materials feel somewhat cheap compared to other luxury brands in this class. Despite these issues, I still love my Infiniti and wouldn't trade it for anything!

I've owned two Infinitis and have noticed that the most common complaint among owners is the lack of reliability and durability in the higher mileage years, particularly with regards to transmission and engine issues. Many owners also complain about the excessive maintenance costs associated with these vehicles.

I've owned my G35 for over 5 years and have experienced issues with the transmission slipping out of gear, the infotainment system freezing, and poor fuel economy despite regular maintenance, which seems to be a common theme among Infiniti owners.
