QX30 Problems? I'm Having Some Issues with My Infiniti...

I've had my QX30 since February and I'm experiencing some issues that I was hoping to get some insight or advice on. The infotainment system sometimes freezes or shuts down completely when playing music through Bluetooth, and occasionally the driver's side door won't unlock with the remote key fob. Has anyone else experienced these problems?
