My Infiniti ESQ's quirks and annoyances - Has anyone else experienced these issues?

I'm having some frustrating quirks and annoyances with my Infiniti ESQ and was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues. Specifically, I've noticed a strange rattling noise coming from the rear of the car when driving over bumps, as well as some intermittent problems with the Bluetooth connectivity.
