I've owned my 2012 Hyundai Elantra for 5 years now and I must say it's been a great ride. I bought it used with high mileage but it's still running like new. The pros of buying a used Hyundai in my opinion is the affordable price point, good fuel economy and reliability. However, one con that I've experienced personally is the occasional transmission issues which I had to get resolved at a dealership.
In retrospect, I would do it all over again if given the chance. My experience has been very positive with minimal repairs needed other than regular maintenance. If you're in the market for a reliable and affordable vehicle, a used Hyundai might be worth considering. Just make sure to have any necessary work done before purchasing.

I've owned my 2015 Hyundai Elantra for over 3 years now and I have to say it's been a great experience overall. The pros are numerous, in my opinion. First of all, reliability has been exceptional, with no major issues despite high mileage. Fuel efficiency is also impressive, averaging around 30mpg city and 40mpg highway. Additionally, maintenance costs have been very low compared to other brands I've owned. However, one con that I think is worth mentioning is the lack of advanced safety features on my model year. It didn't come with blind spot monitoring or lane departure warning, which are now standard on most modern Hyundai models. Still, for the price point and overall performance, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.
