Can I use Hankook winter tires in warm weather?

I'm curious to know if Hankook winter tires can still be used in warmer temperatures. I've got a set of Hankook Winter i*Pike RS W310s that I was planning to put on my daily driver for the upcoming winter season, but since I live in an area with mild winters, I'm wondering if it's worth keeping them on year-round or switching to something else when temps rise. Are there any drawbacks to using Hankook winter tires in warmer weather? Do they still provide good traction and handling, even when temperatures climb above freezing?
