I've been wondering what the best way is to keep my Ford's paint and interior looking brand new. I've heard of some crazy methods online, but I'm not sure if they're worth the money or hassle. Has anyone else had success with ceramic coatings, detail sprays, or maybe even some DIY tricks? What are the most effective ways to protect against scratches, fading, and stains on my paint and interior surfaces? Any advice from fellow Ford owners would be super appreciated!

I've been owning my F-150 for over 5 years now and I have to say that protecting its paint and interior was one of the smartest decisions I made as a car owner. To start with, I invested in a good quality ceramic coat which has really helped in preventing those nasty water spots and fading from UV rays.
Additionally, I always make sure to wash my truck at least once a week, using a mild soap that's specifically designed for automotive paint. And after each wash, I dry it thoroughly with a microfiber towel to prevent any mineral deposits or water marks.
As for the interior, I've been very careful about keeping it clean and dust-free. I vacuum the carpets regularly and use a gentle cleaner on the seats and dashboard. To keep the leather looking its best, I condition it every 2-3 months with a high-quality leather conditioner.
Lastly, I always check my owner's manual for any specific recommendations from Ford on how to protect my truck's paint and interior, as different models may have unique requirements.
