Fiat's Customer Service: Any Good?

I'm looking to hear about your experiences with Fiat's customer service. Have you ever had to deal with them after buying a car? How would you rate their responsiveness and helpfulness? I recently had a issue with my 500L and was surprised by the length of time it took for someone to get back to me, even after multiple phone calls. Was my experience an isolated incident or is this typical of how Fiat handles customer inquiries?

I had a mixed experience with Fiat's customer service. Initial issues with my new car were handled promptly, but follow-up communications were slow to respond. Overall, I'd give them an average rating, nothing outstanding or terrible.
