How reliable is the Fiat Fastback? Any owners with long-term updates?

I've had my Fiat Fastback for a few years now and overall I'm happy with it but I'm curious to know about reliability concerns people may have or have experienced over time. Has anyone out there got long-term experience (5+ years) with this model, what's been their experience in terms of mechanical issues or needed repairs?
