Can I Use Cooper Tires on My Boat or RV?

I've recently purchased a used boat and am looking to outfit it with some new tires. After doing some research, I came across Cooper Tires as a viable option. However, I couldn't find much information on using these tires on a boat. My question is, can Cooper Tires be safely used on a boat or RV? Specifically, are they designed to handle the stresses of water and weight from heavy loads, or should I stick with a more specialized marine tire?
