Can I get a discount on Continental tires if I purchase them in bulk?

I'm looking to purchase a large quantity of tires (around 20-25 units) and was wondering if I can get a discount on Continental tires by buying them in bulk. Has anyone else had experience with this? Do dealerships offer discounts for high-volume purchases or are there other ways to negotiate a lower price per unit?
