I've owned my 2015 CTS-V for 6 months now and have started to notice some common issues that I wanted to bring up. The first one is the oil consumption problem, mine seems to use around a quart every 1000 miles which is excessive in my opinion. I've also noticed that the adaptive cruise control system can be finicky at times, it will sometimes not engage or drop out for no reason.
Another issue I've experienced is with the infotainment system, it tends to freeze up on me occasionally and requires a reboot to get it working again. The exterior design of my car looks great but one thing that's bothered me is how easily the 20-inch wheels can become misaligned, which can cause uneven tire wear.
Lastly, I've been having some issues with the vehicle's software, it seems like there are some glitches when trying to sync with my phone via Bluetooth. Overall, while I still really enjoy driving my CTS-V, these issues have started to take away from the overall ownership experience.

I've had my 2018 CT6 for 3 years now and have experienced issues with the infotainment system freezing, as well as some transmission slippage when accelerating. Has anyone else encountered these problems or found a solution?

I've had my 2018 CTS-V for 3 years now and I'm starting to notice some common issues that seem to be affecting a lot of owners. The adaptive cruise control has been faulty on mine and I've had to reset it multiple times, and the infotainment system freezes occasionally. I've also noticed that the vehicle's traction control system can be a bit finicky in certain weather conditions. Has anyone else experienced these issues or know of any fixes?

One common issue that seems to plague some Cadillac models is the infotainment system freezing or crashing. Several owners have reported experiencing this problem, often after a software update or while trying to connect their smartphone via Bluetooth. In some cases, the problem has been resolved by resetting the system, but in others it's required a trip to the dealership for repair. It would be helpful if Cadillac could provide more guidance on troubleshooting and resolving this issue.

I've owned my 2015 XTS for 4 years now and have encountered several common issues that I wanted to share with fellow owners. One of the most frustrating problems is the infotainment system freezing or crashing, which has required multiple trips to the dealer for software updates.
Additionally, I've experienced intermittent issues with the CUE interface not responding to voice commands, which can be quite annoying when trying to make hands-free calls or adjust the climate control.
Another issue I've encountered is excessive oil consumption, which has resulted in me needing to top off the oil every 1-2 weeks. While this hasn't caused any major problems yet, it's definitely a concern for a car that's only a few years old.
Lastly, I've noticed some wear and tear on the leather seats, particularly around the driver's side bolster, which has given me pause about the durability of the materials used in my vehicle.
I'm curious to hear from others if you're experiencing similar issues with your Cadillac, and what the dealership has done to address these problems.
