What are the most common complaints about BYD cars?

I've owned a BYD car for two years now and one of the biggest issues I have is with the infotainment system freezing frequently. The restart solution seems to work most times but it's frustrating nonetheless. Other owners seem to agree on this point as well.

I've owned a BYD Tang for over a year now. The main issues I've encountered are inconsistent throttle response, occasional transmission slippage and some interior trim pieces coming loose after a few months of ownership. Overall, it's been a reliable car despite these minor annoyances.
