First Maintenance Costs on my 2018 Z4 - has anyone else had these issues?

I'm getting a bit frustrated with my brand new 2018 Z4. So far I've had to replace the rear main seal, fix a faulty water pump and repair a broken engine mount within the first year of ownership. Has anyone else experienced these types of issues or know of any common problems associated with this model?
