Has anyone else experienced issues with the Automatic Headlight levelling system?

I'm having some issues with my Automatic Headlight levelling system on my BMW. The lights seem to be adjusting randomly and sometimes one light is much brighter than the other. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know of a solution?
