How to Remove and Install the E46 M3 Style Front Bumper on a Z4 E85/E86

Hi guys, I'm planning to swap my E85's front bumper with an M3 style one and I'd like to know if someone has done this before. If so, what were the challenges you faced? Did you remove the old bumper yourself or take it to a shop? What tools and materials did you use for installation?
