Love/hate relationship with my X6's iDrive system - help me!

I'm at my wit's end with my X6's iDrive system. I've had it for a few years now and while I initially loved it, lately, I've been experiencing frustrating glitches and freezes that are starting to drive me crazy. Simple tasks like changing the radio station or navigating have become major headaches. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their iDrive system?
