How to reset the service indicator on my 2015 X3 2.0D SE

I've had the service indicator light on my dashboard since I bought the car last year and despite visiting multiple dealerships, no one seems to be able to turn it off. The code is currently showing 10000 miles remaining until the next service but in reality, it's been serviced already. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution?
