Anybody know how to fix this weird vibration at high speed?

I've been experiencing a weird vibration in my BMW's front end while driving at high speeds. It feels like the whole car is shuddering and it's really unsettling. The vibration seems to be coming from the wheels but I'm not sure if it's related to the tires, wheel bearings or something else entirely. Anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?
