Common issues with the V12 engine in the E38

I've been experiencing some trouble with my 1999 BMW 750iL's V12 engine and was wondering if anyone else has encountered similar issues. The car has been maintained regularly but I've noticed a drop in power and rough idling when the engine is cold, does this sound familiar to anyone?
