Engine Swap - From 745i to M30B25 in my E23

Hello fellow BMW enthusiasts, I'm considering an engine swap on my E23 and would love to get some input from the community. The original 745i 4-speed automatic has served me well, but I'm intrigued by the prospect of dropping in a high-revving M30B25 six-cylinder from one of the later Euro Bimmers, looking for advice on feasibility, modifications required, and any potential pitfalls to watch out for.
