Does anyone know the best way to update the electronics in an E23?

Hi all, I'm looking to give my 1980s BMW a refresh and wondering if anyone has experience with updating the electronics in an E23. Specifically, I'd like to know about upgrading the stereo system, adding modern navigation and perhaps even getting Bluetooth connectivity working smoothly. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
