Is it worth paying extra for the Executive Package in a 5 Series?

I've recently test-driven the new BMW 5 Series and I'm torn about whether or not to splurge on the Executive Package. The package adds features like a panoramic moonroof, adaptive LED headlights, and enhanced premium sound, but it also comes with a $2k price tag. Is this extra cost worth the upgrades?
