The pros and cons of owning a high-mileage F10/F11 5 Series

I've had my F11 for a few years now and I'm reaching the 100k mark. With maintenance costs and reliability concerns rising, I'm wondering what others in the community think about owning a high-mileage 5 Series, especially those with similar mileage to mine. What are the advantages and disadvantages of continuing to own these cars at this stage?
