Interior mods for the E39 - Any suggestions?

Hi all, just started looking into interior mods for my E39 and wanted to see what others have done. Any suggestions on where to start? Wanting to add some character to the interior but don't want it to look too custom. Looking at things like trim pieces, gauges, and upholstery changes. Any ideas or experiences would be great!
