Best way to tune my M50 engine for more power

I'm looking to squeeze a bit more out of my M50 engine and was wondering if anyone has some experience with tuning. I've done some research but would love to hear about real-world results and setup recommendations from fellow BMW enthusiasts who have taken their M50-powered cars to the next level.
