Should I Wait for the 2024 BMW 1 Series F70 or Buy the Current Gen Now?

As the current gen BMW 1 Series is being phased out in favor of the new F70 model, I'm torn between waiting for the updated version or buying the current one now. I've been a fan of the 1er for years and am considering upgrading from my '17 M135i, but don't want to miss out on any potential improvements of the new F70. Should I take a chance on the new model or stick with what I know?
