Just had my Bentayga serviced... Wow, what a pain!

Just got back from the dealership where I had my Bentayga serviced and I'm still trying to process the experience. The car needed an oil change and a software update but somehow they managed to mess up the scheduling for the past 2 months. Now I have to wait another week before it's done. Not exactly what you want to hear when you're expecting a simple service.
