Added a Roof Rack to my Q7 - How's the Installation Process?

I recently added a roof rack to my Audi Q7 and I'm impressed with how easy the installation process was. The rack itself is sturdy and fits perfectly on the car's roof rails. I've mounted some bike carriers and a surfboard holder, which seem well-secured and don't obstruct rear visibility. Would love to hear others' experiences with similar installations!
