Can someone please help me with my Audi Q5's transmission problems?

I'm experiencing some issues with my Audi Q5's transmission and I'm hoping someone can offer some advice. The problem started a few weeks ago when the car would hesitate to shift gears while driving uphill. Now it seems like it's slipping between gears occasionally. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on what could be causing it?
