Issues with the MMI system in my 2015 Audi A8 3.0 TDI quattro

I'm experiencing intermittent issues with my MMI system in my 2015 Audi A8 3.0 TDI quattro, where it freezes or shuts down randomly while navigating or making calls, and occasionally displays a blank screen on startup, despite recent software updates and no obvious hardware malfunctions; hoping someone can provide insight or solution to this problem.
