The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: Owner Feedback

I've had my Giulia QV for over 2 years now and I must say it's been a wild ride. The good - stunning design, incredible handling, and blistering acceleration that puts a smile on my face every time I get behind the wheel. The bad - the reliability has been hit or miss, with random issues popping up that require trips to the dealer. The ugly - some of the features feel like they're from a different era, with outdated infotainment and a sometimes clunky interface.

I've owned my Giulia Ti since 2017 and it's been a love-hate relationship. On one hand, I adore its style and performance - the V6 engine is a beast and the handling is sublime. The interior design is also top-notch, especially considering the price point. However, reliability has been a major concern for me. Lastly, despite some reservations, I'd say my experience with Alfa Romeo has been worth it. The thrill of owning such a unique car is unmatched, and the owners' manual (which comes with the car) is actually quite comprehensive... for what it's worth.

And the ugly - the customer service from Alfa Romeo has been abysmal. They seem completely uninterested in helping with any issues you may have and it's like they're trying to sell you another car instead of fixing your existing one. Overall I'm still happy with my purchase but it's clear that there are some serious quality control issues at FCA that need to be addressed. Has anyone else had similar experiences with their Alfa Romeo?
