This car was a true luxury experience on wheels. The 3.7 V6 engine provided smooth and quiet power delivery, making it perfect for long road trips or daily commuting in style. The Quattro all-wheel drive system gave me confidence in various weather conditions. The interior was opulent, with premium leather and wood trim creating a serene ambiance. However, I did find the 2002-2010 design to be slightly dated compared to modern standards. Nevertheless, this Audi A8 D3 remained a joy to drive and own, offering an unparalleled blend of comfort, performance, and prestige.
I was in for a rude awakening when I got into this supposedly luxurious Audi A8. The moment I sat down, I felt like I was in a box on wheels. The dashboard and doors creaked with every movement, making me feel like I'm riding in a old people's home. The seats were supposed to be comfortable but they were too firm and lacked any real cushioning. The ride was bumpy and unpredictable, like the car was trying to get rid of us. We hit a pothole and my stomach dropped as the car swayed violently. I was white-knuckling it for sure. The only thing that made me feel somewhat safe was the Quattro system, which did its job but couldn't make up for the overall shoddy design. The infotainment system was ancient and didn't even have a proper Bluetooth connection. My friend had to plug in her phone just to get some music going. It felt like we were stuck in the dark ages. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this car to anyone, it's a relic from the past that desperately needs an update.
This car has been my daily drive for the past few years, and I have to say it's been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The 3.7L V6 engine provides more than enough power for city driving and highway cruising, and the Quattro all-wheel-drive system gives me confidence in even the most inclement weather conditions. The ride is silky smooth, absorbing bumps and potholes with ease, making it feel like I'm floating on air at times. The interior is spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of room for passengers and cargo alike. The MMI infotainment system is intuitive and feature-rich, keeping me entertained and connected on long drives. Overall, I've been extremely satisfied with the Audi A8's performance, comfort, and features. It's a true luxury sedan that's perfect for daily driving, road trips, or just cruising around town in style.
I've owned my Audi A8 D3 for over 5 years now and I must say it's been a truly exceptional driving experience. The 3.7 V8 engine is smooth, quiet and incredibly powerful, effortlessly gliding me from 0-60mph in just 6 seconds. The Quattro all-wheel-drive system provides unparalleled grip and stability on the road, making it feel like an extension of my own body. The interior is sumptuous and refined, with premium leather upholstery and polished wood trim that exudes class and sophistication. The MMI navigation system is intuitive and feature-rich, providing a seamless driving experience. I've averaged around 25mpg in mixed driving, which is respectable considering the size and weight of this luxury sedan. The A8 has also proven to be surprisingly reliable, requiring only routine maintenance and servicing over the years. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with my Audi A8 D3. Its exceptional performance, luxurious interior and impressive reliability make it a standout choice in its class.
